Take a look at the cards up close. I can already smell the oranges, cinnamon, and anise. I see a spiced hot drink coming soon with Autumn approaching.

This card is created according to the instructions in the kit. Simply oranges!

When I saw the sentiment “Orange you glad it’s Christmas?” I knew I had to create a card with lots of oranges. I cut one of the oranges in half so I had another option. Orange you glad I did?

The more I looked at the kit the more I saw other options to create other items. I created a few 3×3 cards with the set. I took one card and cut it down to 3″ x 3″ I got two pieces out of it and it left two pieces and I cut them down to 2 1/2″ because they were not 3″ x 3″ and adhered them to a 3″ x 3″ Basic White. I took the other half of the orange I had left over and cut it into fourths and decorated the envelopes for the cards with them and anise.

Here I created a box to put the cards in to stay with the theme. This would be an orangery surprise for the lucky recipient.

And you need a bag to put them in for easy carrying. I added some gold leafing to the bag to keep up with the theme of the gold in the card.
