Welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop! We’re a collective of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the globe, dedicated to sharing our passion with you. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to ignite your creativity and inspire you to embark on your own crafting journey. Every month, we’re tasked with exploring a specific technique, ranging from watercolor and Stampin’ blends to various forms of embossing, ribbons, designer series paper, and innovative folds. The possibilities are truly limitless.
Today’s Hop is a One Sheet Wonder. I found this 6×6 cutting template from Jess Crafts.com. I created three cards using this template with the Handmade Tag Bundle. I love gingerbread, so I knew I would be creating with it. I felt the Textured Chic Designer Series paper would be perfect for my cards.

My first card is a Standing Box Card. I used Melon Mambo for my card base. The card is 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and on the 8-1/2″ side, score at 2″, 4″, 6″, and 8.” Using multipurpose glue, glue the 1/2″ side to the other side. This will form a box. The Flirty Flamingo is 1-7/8″ x 5-1/4″ and you will need two of them. Adhere to the front two panels (the back panels are the side that has the seam.) Then I added multipurpose glue to two DSP panels and centered them on the Flirty Flamingo panels. I cut two pieces of Flirty Flamingo cardstock 1/2″ x 2″ and folded them in half and adhered them to each side of the scored line.
Using Melon Mambo ink, I stamped the dotted image onto Basic White cardstock, then Blushing Bride for the filigrees and Cinnamon Cider for the gingerbread man. I then adhered it to the two tabs (I had to trim some off of the tabs) so the tag will stand out from the box. I added a piece of gold-edged ribbon down the center and finally added some Champagne Rhinestones to finish the card, I even put a rhinestone in the center of my gingerbread man.
Add two pieces of Basic White cardstock to the back and stamp the sentiments in Blushing Bride ink. This will fold flat for mailing.

I used the rest of the pieces to create these two cards. The one on the left is a regular card and the one on the right is a book-binding card. I just love how the Textured Chic DSP went well with the colors I chose.
