So Refreshing sampler
This month’s theme is Summer fun and would be a cute gift for a summer garden party or something sweet to give as a Thank You gift? This sampler would be perfect.
Showing how to combine the old with the new to keep your creative juices flowing. If you are like me, sometimes you have stamp sets you love and want to keep using them. Here is the perfect way to do that by creating a sampler. The stamp sets used are:
- NEW So Refreshing Bundle
- CARRYOVER Hello Ladybug
- RETIRED Sweet Strawberry bundle, the punch is in the clearance section HERE (while supplies Last)
- CARRYOVER Sweetest Cherries

To create this sampler, you will need the items listed below.
- Basic White cardstock: 8-1/2″ x 8-1/2,” scrap for pitcher, and for tablecloth
- Sweet Sorbet cardstock: Three 3″ x 3″ and scrap for large and mini strawberries.
- Lemon Lolly: Three 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4,” scrap for pitcher
- Bright and Beautiful DSP: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2,” scrap for pitcher
- Real Red: Pitchers and Ladybug wings
- Basic Black: Ladybug bodies
- Parakeet Party for strawberries leaves
- Foam Sheet for the word Summer in Sweet Sorbet cardstock
- Alphabet A La Mode dies to die-cut the word, Summer
- Inks: Basic Black for Ladybug wings and the word “hello”, Sweet Sorbet for the word sweet and large strawberry, and Parakeet Party for the strawberry stem, leaf, flower stalk, and strawberry stalk. Daffodil Delight for flower outlines, Lemon Lolly for the inside of the flowers.
- Natural 1/4-inch Wavy Trim
- 2023-2025 In Color Dots: Boho Blue
- 3/8-inch Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack: Azure Afternoon
- Multipurpose Glue
- Stampin’ Dimensionals
Tips:
You will fussily cut the word “sweet.” For the pitcher with the Lemon Lolly DSP, you will die-cut it and you will see a ridge line. You will cut on the ridge line, and this will be the pitcher design you will adhere to the white pitcher. When you stamp one of the flower stalks, instead of stamping the flowers, die-cut the mini strawberries and place them in the spots. Add three to the Lemon Lolly DSP of the white pitcher.
