For this next card, we are using Misty Moonlight and Basic Beige. I just love this new neutral color that Stampin’ Up!has come out with. It goes with any color beautifully.

The technique for this card is dry embossing.  Dry embossing is creating a raised surface without using ink and embossing powder. Embossing folders is an excellent source of products to use for dry embossing. For this card, I used the Eyelet 3-D embossing folder for my first layer for the cardbase.

Next, I added a piece of DSP to coordinate with it. Wrapped the Basic Beige ribbon and die cut the large Magnolia flower from Basic White cardstock.

This card is so beautiful!

Come back tomorrow to see card #3. It is a simple fun-fold.
