How exciting this news is to get an extra day of FREE SHIPPING, and that brings us to our next item of the day: the News Flash Card! In the old days when the News Flash would come across your TV for several minutes, and most of the time, it was about the weather conditions? Even more so this year, this past March for all the tornadoes and severe thunderstorms we have had lately. What do you remember about those days? I would love to read your comments on them.
Today’s In Tune card is a simple card, very little die cutting involved. It is what I would call a simple stamping card.
News Flash Step-by-step instructions
- Starting with a piece of Real Red Cardstock and cut it down to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and score at 4-1/4″.
- Next, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink, stamp the tv, tv antenna and the funny squares. See photo for placement.
- Now, using the die to cut out the inside of the tv or fussy cut it from a piece of the cloud DSP. Stamping the lightning bolts in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, stamp off once on a scrap of paper and then onto the DSP piece. Stamp NEWS FLASH over the lightning bolts.
- With liquid glue, adhere the piece to the center of the tv and give it to the next recipient.
