Today’s hop is highlighting Birthday’s and what perfect way to celebrate it than with the Round We Go bundle. This bundle includes fun designs to create flowers, starbursts and rosettes with the dies and the stamp set includes sentiments, such as the happiest birthday, and images to create even more fun details.

Here are a few ideas of how to use this set from the Stampin’ Up! annual catalog on page 63.

Now let’s get to the Happiest Birthday card for the hop. This card is perfect for the summer birthdays. It is using the colors in Summer Splash, Pretty In Pink and Basic White. What a fun card to send or even create as a party invite by changing the sentiment to “your invited.” I paired these colors also with the 2024-2026 Glimmer paper and the Abundance of Beauty DSP. These go well together and are so summery.

Happiest Birthday

Happiest Birthday Step-by-step instructions:

1. Start by taking a piece of Summer Splash cardstock and cutting it down to 5-1/2″ by 8-1/2″, then score at 4-1/4″.
2. Using a half sheet of Basic White cardstock, die cut a large flower/starburst, the starburst impression, and the small pinking edge circle. Take the circle with the diamond shapes and place in the center of the pinking edge circle and die cut the image.
3. Using a quarter sheet of Pretty In Pink cardstock, die cut the large circle scalloped and a small flower/starburst.
4. Now using a quarter sheet of Summer Splash cardstock, cut another small flower/starburst circle and the circle starburst impression and finally die cut from the Abundance in Beauty DSP the small pinking edge circle.
5. Assemble the pieces as follows:
   • Pink scalloped edge circle as base, followed by the DSP and then the Basic White flower/starburst adhered together with liquid glue
   • Adhere the two flower/starbursts of Summer Splash and Pretty In Pink with liquid glue
   • Add the Summer Splash starburst impression to the center of the Basic White pinking edge circle
6. Next cut a piece of Basic White cardstock to 3-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ and adhere to center of card base, next cut a piece of Summer Splash Glimmer cardstock to 3-1/2″ ” x 4-1/2″ and adhere to center of Basic White.
7. Start adding the finished pieces to the card front with liquid glue. Stamp the sentiment, happiest birthday, in Tuxedo Basic Black ink onto Basic White cardstock and then fussy cut it out and attach to card with dimensionals (see photo above for placement of items if you wish.)
8. Lastly, add three of the Dots for Days to the center of three of the flowers/starbursts (see photo.)
